By downloading, accessing, or using the Feynie mobile application ("App"), provided by Feynie Team ("Feynie," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and potentially through other means (like an in-app notification). Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Feynie is a smart homework helper application designed to assist students with their studies through features such as personalized study plans, AI-powered explanations, flashcard creation, quizzes, progress tracking]. The App may offer both free features and premium features available through a subscription ("Feynie Pro").

3. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you may need to register for an account, providing information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. • License to Feynie: By creating or uploading User Content, you grant Feynie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, developing, and improving the App and its services for you. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or where retention is required for legal or backup purposes.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses granted herein and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
