• License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for the purpose of applying AI filters), and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service for you. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any User Content that:
  • Is illegal, explicit, hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory.
  • Infringes on any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
  • Contains viruses or other malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content and/or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

3. Subscriptions

• Billing: Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Auto-Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees.
• Refunds: Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except when required by law or as determined by Apple's App Store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Company Name/Your Name] and its licensors.
